With the stinker of 2023, Roderick's average rank is 32. If you drop that year, it's 16.


Point being, Roderick is certainly capable of developing QBs (with 2 drafted and hanging around in the NFL) and capable of putting a top 5 offense on the field.


Everyone is theoretically replaceable. Any of us could lose our jobs and the business would move on and find someone maybe better or maybe worse.
