I went to a DO in Vegas. Drew 40 vials of blood in the morning. Took an hour.
Then I left and they spun it for like 6 hours. I came back and they put the red blood cells back in via IV and injected the stem cells and plasma into my shoulder. I got an mri before that they used to identify where to inject.
My shoulder was very sore for a few days and then gradually became pain free.
