Correct me if you think I'm wrong, but I think BYU is a prime example of why the SEC and BIG10 want to lock out other
schools from the playoffs and secure more money for themselves.
BYU and some of other P4 schools outside of the BIG2 conferences have powerful donors that will keep them around with money and the NIL. The NIL makes it possible for these schools to compete again whereas before you had to be very good about cheating. These bigger schools don't want a more level playing field.
