He deserves a lot of credit for upgrading our DBs, he gets a lot of criticism
For other stuff and rightfully so, but his approach on DB recruiting was huge for us.
Prior to that change, our DB recruiting was kind of sad and had a bunch of guys that were usually too small and/or too slow to handle anything beyond zone coverage.
