Perfect timing- holidays, poor early snow then a storm they couldn’t handle, anti-CEO sentiment with Luigi, everyone already at a breaking point with inflation, etc.

I also don’t think it’s as easy of a workforce to replace as they are more skilled than many give them credit for (emt, ski ability, able to work in hard conditions) but guess I don’t know if that’s truly the case
