I think Gene understands the rule better than anyone on CB. People need to stop defending the no call. It was targeting.

Refs messed up. That happens in games all the time. It’s nothing to cry over. Bad calls and bad no-calls happen. It’s not why ASU lost. But people need to stop trying to argue it’s not targeting. It’s easily targeting.
