Dillingham had a great player in Skattebo, but also won games where he sat out(UCF) and one that he was largely ineffective(KSU) against a solid team. Another year to recruit and get his players in place with Leavitt coming back seems like they could still be solid with the culture he seems to be building at ASU

Kansas seemed to figure some issues out last year but will start the year with a brand new OC and maybe a new offense. How Daniels is in that offense and whether he'll be more like 2 years ago Daniels or last year I think largely will dictate the year. They only won 5 games last year so don't think getting worse is likely
