I think there is some organizations that do it regardless of the coach.
Ohio state, obviously. Boise through 3 different coaching changes,
Then there are the ones who do it with a consistent head coach.

So how do we evaluate us? BYU? We have the institutional bias to be good, consistently. But great is spotty at best.
Sitake is sporadic. Good years, crappy years, great years, crappy years. its an up and down mess.
Does he realy to much on player leadership? Just what is he missing to field a team that can put a 5-8 year run of being great together? well, at this point we need to start with back to back 11+ win seasons.
