My question: the ball was tipped / deflected at the LoS, right? Does the
interpretation of the rule account for the possibility that a player may be gauging his launch / strike point and not have any chance to react and adjust when a tip or deflection alters
1. the trajectory of the ball
2. the way the receiver is positioning to receive the ball
