Absolutely. The ASU player literally launches himself high into the players head. I was stunned when the rules
analysts said it wasn’t targeting. The dudes head whipped back so hard it hit his back.
So my feeling was like yours, on the obvious targeting against Texas, the refs decided to not call it as a makeup.
