As an ASU & BYU alum, I like Dillingham but love Sitake
Sitake is a great leader. He is never going to embarrass us. He's always going to be a fantastic, relatable person. If BYU football is the front porch of the university and the church for that matter, Sitake is about as good a representative of the best of us as could be positioned there.

Dillingham on the other hand ...

Look, I like Dillingham and somewhat confused by the hatred for him that some CBers cling to. Seriously let it go already. Save that hatred for the Yewts.

Kenny is a tremendous coach but I think he's got some growing to do to become a better leader. But he's young and I think he'll grow into the role.

Sarkisian is a good example of that. He led by staying calm and confident in each situation. When ASU struggled today, you could see it on Dillingham's face. But let's not forget that Sark was once a young coach who nearly.destroyed his career, but learned from it, gathered himself, and look where he is now
