He does it to draw eyes and attention to whatever he is promoting. The real Deion Sanders doesn't drink, smoke, do drugs or womanize and does his best to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.

I would not be at all comfortable doing his type of self/program promoting, but it works for him, so more power to him. At bottom, it looks like his priorities are solid and his heart is in the right place.
