every day. I did it! I worked out every day except Sundays and the days the gym was closed for holidays, or if traveling. I dropped 10 pounds and gained two inches on my chest, lost 8 inches off my stomach, 6 inches off my waist and 6 off my but. It's been a real transformation.
I'm turning 60 in one year. I want to really have fun with this and keep this going so here are this years resolutions:
1. Deepen my prayers morning and night every day.
2. Read and study Book of Mormon and D&C every day this year.
3. Lift every day.
4. Eat sensibly, I'm not the family garbage can. I eat my food and that's it.
Here we go!
