That’s actually exactly tampering. An agent cannot talk to schools unless the
Kid in already in the portal.
If the kid is under scholarship they cannot talk with another school.
Now does it happen i would assume it does but I can tell you with 100% confidence and from personal experience BYU will NOT talk to a kid until they are in the portal.
