Solid. They are quite big and a leader in their space (Chorus is main comp)
That said, they are seeing their main offering be imitated by the giants like Salesforce, Zoom, etc. but they have built a large customer base and have a great product.
I evaluated a smaller, niche competitor in this space for a large PE fund about 9 months ago. It’s a cool product.
