is always going to cause issues with accuracy. I don't think that can really be fixed much at this point. We might some incremental improvement here, but not probably not wholesale improvements.

The other issue is just plain decision making. That absolutely can be fixed and I hope with another off season under his belt, we'll see steady improvement here. Experience means a lot of college football, especially with the QB position.

If we gets Retzlaff that can protect the ball a bit better (like Hall did), then he will be a very solid QB for us.
