RE: It is objectively not better than higher seed. I already told you why.
I’ll go with plenty of other tiebreakers ahead of bench points, but not higher seed. Besides, we already rewarded higher seeds by starting games up 3-0 as a home field advantage.

Bench points is awful. If they can't make a different by extending to another decimal point it should be points per game
