Maybe someone like Joe Flacco? He’s roughly in the middle of Favre and Dilfer. Or Eli Manning?
Overall good—Sometimes incredible and sometimes leaves you scratching your head. Neither of them play Jake’s style though.

I feel like Retzlaff is more in the vein of a Brett Favre (not saying he is an NFL MVP and Super Bowl caliber QB).
