They are talking about BYU being sponsored by the Church and of course the Honor Code! Funny how Utah fans are either ignorent or refuse to acknowledge that Utah football and even the university has a set of "values" that the players and students must follow! They have a Dean of students office that is the same as the BYU Honor Code office!
