Courtside by indoor practice facility and Devonshire on 800 North
I served in both wards those apartments are in and they were amazing. 80% of both wards were RMs. Very close to campus - walking distance. Part of BYU 12th stake. Courtside is a bit nicer unless you get an updated unit at Devonshire. Both are also on the reasonable side of affordability for something so close to campus. Brick Oven is a block away from either one.
