Isn't tampering just the free market at work? Are we just one lawsuit away from
forcing the NCAA to allow it? (As has been the case with every other rule players may not like, it seems.)
I have a lot of issues with the way things are. It seems like if the new regime is a free for all of NIL, pay-for-play and unlimited ability to transfer, there is not much logic in not allowing teams to tender unsolicited offers.
