why the incredulity in this thread that someone should retire "just because". When do men have the greatest likelihood of depression? Retirement. Finding a good sense of purpose is not that easy.

Many don't like their job and want to retire and find that sense of purpose that's important in later life. Great! But if someone likes their job, and finds meaning in it, they shouldn't be made to feel weird for wanting to stick around.

The thread here is about Anae. I don't know if he feels that way about coaching or if it's just a job. But if he enjoys it and finds meaning in it, no reason he should retire even if there is "sufficient money."

Anyway, that's all ...we probably mostly agree I think.
