pretty cool to see the ingenuity but there's no way that some of that plastic doesn't leach into the veggies below it. I wonder if they tested those veggies for mircoplastic content, how much higher it would be from veggies from a glass greenhouse or grown outside.

I could see a "premium" market popping up of non-plastic-grown plants
