Which years were good?
I can see saying 2016, although it was an underperformance given the talent he walked into. But his first year, so I totally get crediting him that year.
What other 1-2 years were good? I guess you would say COVID, and that's totally fair. 2020 definitely saved him his job.
I can't think of a third.
