schools or agents, are they employees or indep contractors, issues related to individual state laws, worker protection issues, transfer portal, apparently the ability to ignore first few years of playing JC ball? Are players in California taxed differently when they play games in California than say a game in Arizona (like pro players are)

There are just so many potential issues, and current issues. BYU being able to compete is great but that doesnt make me think that the NCAA, NIL and eligibility are just a mess.
