Hill for sure. Hill has proven himself multiple times outside of KW
No DC under KW has proven anything until they show they can do it without KW as top dog.
Hill proved he could coach high level defense at WSU and BYU and both turnarounds are due to him.
Scalley might be great, idk. But we won’t know how good he is until KW is gone.
