My SIL (my wife's brother's wife) goes by different names to our side and her
side. Her name is Annie Leigh. Her family calls her Annie but my BIL introduced her as Leigh to our side of the family (well before I joined). When we found out her family calls her Annie (including the BIL) we tried to start calling her Annie but she got mad and told us not to do that.
