You can’t underestimate the extreme motivation that a decade of sports purgatory
can have on a program. Especially when your bitter rival is the complete opposite situation.
BYU sports is like the Count of Monte Cristo right now and it’s not just the administration. It’s the alumni, donors and the entire fan base.
It’s real and I hope it pushes BYU to heights we have never seen.
