So where do you rank this season on the list of all-time great seasons?
I put it either 3rd or 4th because it was 11-2 versus a P4 schedule.
1. '84 and the Natty
2. 1996 14-1 and the Cotton Bowl win and the second highest final ranking.
3. I think I'd go with '83 and the Holiday Bowl victory, because it set up 1984.
4. 2024 IMO goes here. With the difficulty of the schedule and the victory over a ranked Colorado team with the Heisman winner.
