Very good. BYU made some mistakes in the last month of the season, and despite losing games they actually gave those games away due to mistakes. BYU really did control their whole season. Even the games they lost, they should have won. No one blew them out. No one boat raced them.

This was a great team that has the chance to get even better. When was the last time a BYU fan could say that? The Taysom years? Hall’s 2009 season? What’s crazy is even in those years BYU didn’t have the offensive weapons we’ll have next season nor the returning defensive talent we will have.

This year was a special season. This team learned how to win. This team learned how good they were and know they can take it to the next level. I expect next season to be even more special than this year. The expectations for next year need to be a conference championship and playoffs.
