Bump cfp to 26 32 teams with the following configuration:
-Every fbs conference champ receives an auto bid (yes, a lot more g conference representation)
-No bye weeks but seeding will determine home teams
-Top 3   4 teams of every p4 conference (that number includes the conference champ) get auto bids (16 in total)
-The remaining slots for at large (may our p2 overlords get over represented I guess)
-Ranking/seeding based around computer metrics of the current season (aka, no prior season or recruiting bias). No committee promoting specific brands or conferences.

Conference and out of conference games:
-Each conference will be required to play at least 9 conference games.
-Teams that schedule more than 1 fcs team and or play more than half their games at home will be penalized by the computer ranking system.


Make a NIT version of the cfb for bubble teams.
