Arod is a poor recruiter and an average OC. It’s not sustainable for long term success. It’s so obvious.

We have seen Arod for many years and we know he cannot recruit. We know he struggles with consistent play calling, and run game.

Kalani is the same coach. He finally hired 2 of the 3 right coordinators. Kalani will only be as good as his coordinators and had a lack of letting people go way way after it’s too late. See tuiaki and lamb. Not good coaches.

If Arod is continued in his position, it will be 6-8 wins a year. With occasional years like last year and this year. No playoffs.
