Came from the Credit Karma app, and my credit took the customary temporary hit on both TransUnion and Equifax. I have some ideas here, but who do I call? Thinking the credit card company (I have a longstanding company and a newer personal card with them) first. Who else?

Hoping that somehow this is a mistake or that, at the very least, I nip it in the bud.
