I've been here a few times and didn't get out to do much this time, but in the past Longhorn caverns is pretty cool,
Enchanted Rock is a fun little hike, Gorman Falls in the spring was spectacular when we went several years ago, and the Japanese Tea Gardens were pretty, and the kids loved that.
Then of course the standard the Alamo and River Walk boat tour.
