He wasn't good enough last year. He was good this year, because he got better.
We'll only be wrong about Jake if he gets better. What, besides wishful thinking, suggests to you that Jake takes that kind of a leap before next season?
Etienne got a new and much better OL coach. Does Jake have a catalyst like that?
I'm.not suggesting Jake won't or shouldn't be the QB next year. He almost certainly will be. But I think we should manage expectations.
