I really like his leadership, his grit, and all the little things he does, but he is just not a very consistently accurate passer. An amazing receiving group has made him look better than he has played.

Before people get mad, yes I do recognize his qualities. His weakness as a passer however is inarguable. If he can make another jump in improvement like he did between last season and this season, we should be in good shape next year.
