It won’t fire up & I believe it’s because auger not delivering pellets to ignition chamber.

I can run the auger prime repeatedly and no pellets come out. When I trigger the auger to reverse out to clear a jam, the auger continues to run in the same direction as if “auger prime” was selected.

Anyone had this issue before. Searching online looks like not a quick fix I’m afraid.
