My list: Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, USC

Teams considered but not included: Nebraska (first out/last in) Florida State, Penn St

Miami is an A tier program but not anywhere near that other group in terms of wins, weeks ranked, etc.
