Nah... There has to be some mechanism.
It's simple...play poorly, lose your NIL.
I would not be surprised if there are not agreements between the NIL administrators and the player and possible agent.
The people donating money are not stupid enough to just throw it away. If a player getting NIL drives down the value of their rights by playing poorly...the next round of NIL will reflect it.
