Just saw Gladiator II finally. It was high quality on so many levels, but did
they write the story as they went along, or something??
What a highly complex mess. But a fun mess to watch once. And yet NOT at all inspiring like the first. I really wanted to turn it off 5 minutes early... & probably shoulda. But like I said, it was too good on a number of levels to regret watching it.
I certainly won't be choosing to watch it again, though.
