If the reason a team plays weak and is a loser is because they didn't want to be there, they're still a weak loser. The point is to overcome obstacles to wining and playing your best.

Like when I would have employees that would give me really comppelling reasons that they could not do their jobs. Okay, but you still can't do the job so you're fired. The point is, I need the job done.
