I watched a short about Joe Burrow the other day being livid at the refs for not allowing them to go during a hurry up play because the ref was standing over the ball allowing substitutions to happen (Burrow didn't see his teammate accidentally was sent out to sub).

BYU has got to get the subs in earlier in the play clock to not have to use up so many timeouts.
