You could very well be right. I’m genuinely curious to see how fast I can get with specific training. The most specific
workout I do now is 800 repeats. I was running those at about 5:50 earlier this year.

I would guess a HS track would facilitate your fastest time. And yes that is a very lofty goal.

That’s lofty, but it sounds like you might be up for it. At 50, I feel pretty good about myself to hit 6:30.
