Not a doctor, but go to the ER (or urgent care). You should never wait with severe pain.

I would go to ER, but some are against that because of the copay. But urgent cares are pretty useless for serious stuff

All an urgent care will do is try to reduce the hernia and send you to the ED. You get to pay twice!

As an orthopedic surgeon, I am more of a repairman but with that degree of pain, probably should go to the ER
