Flooded everything.
I was done.
I bought a new one for a few hundred dollars. Trying to fix it wouldn't have been worth my time

Replacing the bearings is easy. The problem is that the shaft is probably warped

At the office I was known as Mr Fix It. I say buy a new one. Sometimes it is better to buy, not replace.
