I filed mine too, but for a corporation that makes no money anyway, just owns
property. No info different than what the CA Sec. of State already has.
Luckily, the business that generates much of my income is a sole proprietorship, so exempt from more reporting.

Mine is a sole proprietorship, I thought I was still required to file? But I agree, there was nothing there that wasn’t

BOI is government overreach and over regulation let’s hope the courts decide

Total agree. The anti-terrorist/laundering pretext is just cover for Gov & IRS

massive non-compliance is the way, if they decide to move forward

That is problematic.

You could say that about anything where massive non compliance is done

Apparently only 1/3rd of all companies have filed so far.

I'm not sure what to make of that considering no one has been required to yet.

I think Nov/Dec are a good time for accountants to try and get ahead of thing?

I didn't do mine. I hope Trump squashes this before the court case in March.

Every now and then my tendency to procrastinate pays off. I was planning to wait
