to show up at my house and not the field in another state that the address said....without any intervention on my part. But it added 3 or 4 days to the shipping time. But yeah, I think any time you have issues with a company....showing up at a physical location usually results in a better solution. They act like they can't do anything when you call them. But then it's like...oh yeah....we'll call the driver and get it sorted it for you when you go the physical location. Might be tougher with Chinese stuff because they'll use companies like Ontrac.
