My point is that he's not a good enough QB that it's worth playing him when he's
at 50-60% and there are healthy QBs sitting on the bench. He couldn't consistently execute basic football plays. I don't view the fact that he was ambulatory as evidence that he was our best option to run the offense.
For a QB, "able to perform" means they're able to execute the offense capably.
