Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me some advice. I’m frustrated with the perceived difficulty of getting my purchased tickets.

I purchased tickets from the BYU allotment. When I paid it said “To access your ticket order, be sure you are on your mobile phone and then log in to your BYUtickets.com account.”

When I log into byutickets.com, it says “this ticket is currently not available for download”.

I can’t figure out how to get these tickets.

Anyone purchase tickets this at that could give me some advice on what I should expect?
