My wife loves making family videos of our kids. Got her a Osmo Action 4 from Costco. I've been messing with it trying to set it up for a ski trip we are going on. I know I am going to be the cameraman and I know next to nothing about taking video. What settings would be best? 4K? Framerates? I know I need to do some research and watch some videos but just wondering if there are some general settings for a newbie that would work well. I watched one video and followed his settings and it made everything super dark and look totally weird and I think it was for people who are going to edit the footage heavily after its taken. I'm just looking for some cool videos of my kids skiing.

Also what is best as far as filming? Mount to helmet? Use a selfie stick?
